Looking for a cheap WiFi capable phone or handset? Well it’s now time for you to loop in the wifi access hype!

Introducing the LG Cookie Wifi or also known as LG KM555!This phone is one among the three recent LG releases. Part of their popular cookie series, these three new phones are the LG Cookie Ultima, LG Cookie Pop, and of course the LG Cookie Wifi. What really took my attention was the LG Cookie WIFI. Imagine a WiFi capable phone at an unbelievably low introductory price.

I have been able to personally handle the LG Cookie WiFi phone. The built is quite unique and sturdy. It feels strong that even if you drop it, it won’t easily break. Not to mention, the stylish colors it comes with, silver, black and violet.

This Cookie Wifi has full touch screen capabilities. You can use the SMS like keyboard screen or tilt it over to use the querty version of the keyboard while typing a text message. Navigating the whole user interface is also quite easy and user friendly. I landed directly to the right options while trying to search for media files and where to turn on and off the wifi option!

Since this phone is so much valuable for it’s wifi capability, considering its unbeliebvably low price, let’s talk about it’s wifi performance. I have read an article at a site where the writter commented on how slow and draggy the browsing experience was on his LG Cookie Wifi. We’ll I’ve tried using the internet on this phone via a wireless connection at 4 different hotspots and tell you honestly, it had never lagged or crashed on me.

Connection was pretty much the same when like browsing the internet on your laptop or desktop screens, only that you get the mobile versions of such sites.

Another thing I love about the phone is it’s capability of storing information of the people whom you get to communicate with more often. They display it in a widget so you can easily choose upon those contacts and select which option you want to do, either text, call, etc.

Battery life is also quite good. It has been running for two days with several hours of it being on a wifi mode.

With all these, I can say that LG Cookie WIFI is trully a big catch for wifi and pocket savy customers like me.
